Understand the finance process first. Learn the buttons second. Prepare to work with SAP, D365 Finance, Oracle to manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, sales invoices, fixed assets, etc.
AI powered Finance productivity
Go beyond excel. Understand and use AI and technology to solve the finance problem
Finance Communication & Business Partnering
Learn the soft skills to make a successful finance hire : write professional emails, constructive challenge business partners, narrative for finance results, work in team, work with other teams, understand roles and responsibilities in a company
Management reporting bootcamp
Go through a full month finance cycle of activities working as if employed. Deal with supplier invoices, customer payments, payroll, foreign currencies, inventory. Post journals, verify accounts, prepare reports, explain variances, answer "CFO questions" By the end, you have completed an entire reporting cycle. 6 weeks of practical work, real business simulations, weekly feedback, final performance review.
